Flora | The AI Network for the New Builder Economy

Welcome to Flora. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flora.network website, the "Sprout" Discord bot, and any other software, tools, features, or functionalities provided by Flora (collectively, the "Services").

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

1. The Services

Flora provides a suite of tools for builders at the intersection of AI and Web3. The Services currently include:

The Sprout Discord Bot

An AI-powered bot within the official Flora Discord server that allows users to connect a Web3 wallet, interact with the Flora DevNet, and use certain AI-powered features.

The Flora Devnet

A test network environment where users can experiment with the Flora blockchain.

Tokens on the Devnet ("Testnet FLORA") are for testing purposes only, have no monetary value, and cannot be traded or redeemed for any form of currency.

a) No Monetary Value. If you use our Devnet, you may accumulate “Devnet Tokens,” such as through the Devnet faucet, which are not, and shall never convert to or accrue to become mainnet tokens or any other tokens or virtual assets. Devnet Tokens are virtual items with no monetary value. Devnet Tokens do not constitute any currency or property of any type and are not redeemable, refundable, or eligible for any fiat or virtual currency or anything else of value. Devnet Tokens are not transferable between users outside of the Devnet, and you may not attempt to sell, trade, or transfer any Devnet Tokens outside of the Devnet, or obtain any manner of credit using any Devnet Tokens. Any attempt to sell, trade, or transfer any Devnet Tokens outside of the Devnet will be null and void.

(b) Modification. Flora may, in its sole discretion, decide to delete, wipe or otherwise remove the Devnet at any time without notice, including, without limitation, the modification of the presence, amounts, or any other conditions applicable to the Devnet Tokens, without any liability to you or other Devnet users. Flora does not guarantee that Devnet Tokens will continue to be offered for a specific length of time and you may not rely upon the continued availability of any Devnet Tokens. If the Devnet expires, you acknowledge and agree that your access to and use of your Devnet Tokens will be removed, and all accrued Devnet Tokens will be deleted from the Devnet system. Devnet Tokens will not be converted into any future rewards offered by Flora.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and not be a resident of any sanctioned jurisdiction.

To access certain features, such as the Sprout bot, you will need to connect your Discord account and a non-custodial Web3 wallet (e.g., MetaMask, Keplr). By connecting your wallet, you grant us permission to view your public wallet address. We will never ask for, and you should never provide, your private keys or seed phrase. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

Engage in any illegal or fraudulent activity.
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
Generate malicious code, hate speech, or sexually explicit material.
Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the Services or the Flora network.
Use automated scripts to exploit the Sprout bot's faucet or reward system.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Our IP: Flora and its licensors exclusively own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all associated software, text, graphics, and trademarks.
Your Creations: You retain ownership of the prompts you provide to the AI. Subject to these Terms, Flora grants you full ownership of the websites, applications, and agents you generate using Flora AI tools. You are solely responsible for ensuring your Creations do not infringe on the rights of any third party.
License to Us: To operate and improve the platform, you grant Flora a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content you generate, solely for the purposes of providing and promoting the Services.

5. AI and LLM Usage

The code and content generated by our AI are created by Large Language Models. You acknowledge and agree that:

AI-Generated Content May Be Inaccurate: The output may contain errors, bugs, or inaccuracies. It is not a substitute for professional advice.
Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any code or content generated by the AI before use or deployment. Flora is not liable for any damages arising from your use of AI-generated Creations.
No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that the generated content will be unique or that it will not be similar to content generated for other users.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL FLORA OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
